Student Workflow Modernization
Implementing an Eduframe SIS API integration into Drupal 11 to streamline student enrollment workflows, reduce friction in the user journey, and eliminate redundant communication across departments.
The Problem
Student enrollment and data management required manual processes across disconnected systems. Staff spent significant time managing redundant communication, and prospective students encountered unnecessary friction in the enrollment journey. The lack of system integration meant data had to be entered and managed in multiple places, increasing error risk and workload across departments.
The Approach
I identified the integration opportunity between Eduframe's Student Information System and the Drupal 11 platform, then led the full project lifecycle from requirements gathering through launch. I worked closely with stakeholders across enrollment, technology, and marketing to define the scope, collaborated with developers on the API implementation, and coordinated user acceptance testing before deployment.

The Outcome
